Fan-coil units for the 21st century

Users of the web site of “Modern Building Services” are being offered a 10% discount for a seminar to launch a new guide in the Knowledge Series of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. “Fan coil units : solutions for the 21st century” explains how chilled-water FCUs are a highly effective means of providing air conditioning for buildings. The event is on Monday 19 May at CIBSE's headquarters at Balham in South London. Recent years have seen great developments in the design and technology of fan coil units, making professional design, installation, maintenance and application ever more crucial. Latest regulations governing carbon emissions put further emphasis on correct use of fan-coil units to save energy and maximise the efficiency of units. This guide, TM43, aims to explain the latest in fan coil unit technology and provides a comprehensive guide to designers, installers and users of these units. To book your place please contact the CIBSE events team on 020 8275 5211 quoting “MBS web offer”. All attendees will also receive a copy of TM43.
