Extractor fan controls humidity with low energy consumption

Ferrob Environmental has added a low-carbon model to its range of Digital kitchen and bathroom extractor fans. They are said to use less than half the energy of a normal fan These fans have automatic electronic humidity control to switch them on and off as required. The digital display shows the relative humidity and current mode of operation of the fan. Ferrob offers specifiers a zero-carbon package to help meet their ventilation and energy-saving needs.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
