Sanyo multi-split is much smaller and lighter

Sanyo Airconditioners Big PACi commercial split air-conditioning systems offer powerful heating and cooling from a reduced footprint. There are two models C706VH8 and C906VH8 8 to 10 hp (20 to 25 kW). These units can provide heating and cooling down to -15°C without the need for two separate systems. They are ideally suited to large retail applications and can cope with a piping length of 100 m. The use of newly designed front-discharge fans reduces footprint and installation spec compared with traditional 20 and 25 kW units that use vertical-discharge fans. These units have a 60% reduction in volume, are 57% lighter and take up 59% less floor space than the previous generation of this product. Eight styles of indoor unit provide great flexibility for different applications. New additions to the range of indoor units include the XM Mini Cassette and the ultra-slim US ducted unit. Each unit uses the latest Sanyo twin rotary compressor with variable-speed control and R410A. The reduced refrigerant charge helps to comply with the F Gas Regulation. The Big PACi can be matched with a single ducted unit or up to four indoor units of the same type on multi-split systems.
