Elmhurst offers accreditation and training for EPCs and DECs

elmhurst
Elmhurst Energy has launched an accreditation scheme and training packages to enable qualified property-industry professionals to undertake energy-rating assessments and produce Energy Performance Certificates for commercial buildings and Display Energy Certificates for public buildings. This accreditation scheme is said to support all the approved calculation software packages for commercial and public buildings. The offering includes a specialist SBEM EPC accreditation for ‘on-construction’ commercial buildings, which takes into account the special characteristics of the regulations as they apply to new buildings. This is believed to be the only such scheme available to the industry to focus on this sector.
