Glow-worm packages solar thermal DHW solutions

Glow-worm’s Clearly Solar range is designed for UK homes and includes everything needed to create a float-plate solar-thermal installation to deliver 50 to 60% of a home’s annual domestic hot water. The range gives the installer tried-and-tested products that are quick and easy to install and then ready for instant commissioning. The brushed-aluminium flat places can be installed horizontally or vertically on or in a roof. They can also be fixed to A frames on a flat roof or in a garden. Advanced controls maximise the use of solar energy. Also available are three sizes of twin-coil unvented cylinders, digital solar-power controller with three channels for auxiliary heating and hot-water and temperature sensors. The solar pump station has an integral flow meter, filling and non-return valves, temperature and pressure gauges and connection for expansion vessel.
