New Daikin units have higher heating and cooling efficiency

Daikin

Daikin Europe has upgraded the design of its RZQ Super Inverter (single-phase) and RZQS Comfort inverter, developed for offices shops and restaurants, to increase their efficiency.

The cooling and heating efficiencies of the RZQS100, for example, are improved by up to 23% and 11%, respectively over the earlier model.

The RZQ-D Super Inverters have energy label A ratings in most configurations. They use R410A refrigerant and can re-use R22 or R407C field piping in lengths of up to 75 m. The RZQ can also cool technical and computer rooms.

The new RZQS Comfort Inverter has an energy label of B in most configurations.

Outdoor units are available as 3, 4, 5 and 6 hp models and have Daikin swing or scroll compressors.
