Disposal service for air filters

Filters
The collection, recycling and safe and legal disposal of air filters is a new service for its customers from Jasun Filtration.
Jasun Filtration has introduced a disposal service for air filters to relieve its customers of this task. The company is registered to carry and dispose of waste and has engaged a specialist team to be responsible for the collection, recycling and, if necessary, the safe and legal disposal of its filters. Colin Hitch, director of Jasun Filtration, explains, ‘Because some types of pathogen can survive for extended periods upon air filters, particularly in humid environments, disposal of contaminated filters can pose a significant hazard to maintenance personnel charged with filter replacement. We believe that we have a responsibility to our customers and the environment to ensure that our products are disposed of safely and legally.’
