MK expands its range of wireless self-power switches

MK Electric

MK Electric has expanded its Echo range of ‘self-powered’ wireless and battery-free switches with a variety of decorative and industrial finishes. MK says it is the first major UK manufacturer to incorporate this EnOcean technology into switches. Simply operating the switch generates enough electricity to operate lighting at up to 30 m.

The additional finishes include Chroma, Albany, Aspect and Edge decorative styles and Metalclad and Masterseal industrial accessories.

These switches can be installed virtually anywhere and are very easily relocated. They provide local control of lighting and be integrated with a building-management system and other networks handling services such as heating and air conditioning.
