Riegens luminaires provide the jewel in the Crown

Riegens
Riegens bespoke luminaires integrate with other services in this development in the City of London.

Bespoke luminaires from Riegens Lighting played a key role in the overall design of 30 Crown Place in the City of London. This 23 000 m2 development comprises a 16-storey tower with an 8-storey block attached. It provides retail space on the ground floor, with office space above.

The design brief for Marcus Wallis, senior project manager with Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil, was to mount lighting fittings within a bespoke service tile along with supply air, sprinklers and PIR control.

Riegens designed a luminaire to be incorporated into the metal tiling system that also houses various services that had to be hidden.

Riegens’ Ambit lighting was chosen for the reception area and lift lobby. Concido luminaires illuminate corridors and offices throughout the buildings. Riegens also supplied all fit-out lighting and back-of-house lighting.
