Stepping up a gear with Vaillant boilers

Allen Gears
Efficient heating that was easy to install in a 3-storey office building in Pershore is provided by three Vaillant 22 kW condensing boilers.
Three Vaillant high-efficiency condensing boilers with a total output of 66 kW have been used to update the heating system in the offices of Allen Gears, part of the Rolls Royce Group, at Pershore in Worcestershire. The modular system serves all three floors of the building and was selected to reduce fuel costs. The ecoMAX 622E boilers are SEDBUK A rated and have modulating low-NOx burners that achieve class 5 emissions. These compact boilers have a low lift weight and do not require compartment ventilation. They use a push-fit condensing flue system that can be up to 20 m long. A circular stainless-steel heat exchanger maximises efficiency.
