Inviron has been appointed by new client Morris & Spottiswood to undertake an M&E refurbishment project at Aegon House in Lytham St Annes. The work involves installing new systems and refurbishing existing ones where practical.

Offices will be provided with new air conditioning, and the heating system will be modified, including a new boiler house. Other work includes toilet-extract systems and new hot- and cold-water services.

Electrical work includes new busbar risers, LV distribution, installation of small power, new and reuse luminaires, emergency lighting, alarms, IT structured wiring, door entry and CCTV.

In addition to working on the main five phases of office space, which are occupied by up to a thousand employees of Guardian Financial Services, an existing kitchen, restaurant and serving area will be refurbished.

Jason Hanson, operations manager for Inviron Building Systems in the north west of England, says, ‘We are excited about working with new client Morris & Spottiswood and equally determined that our first project together will be a success.’
