Differential-pressure-control valve for HVAC systems

Hattersley has launched a differential-pressure-control valve for HVCA systems with variable-speed pumps. These DPCVs have an operating range from 10 to 100°C. They are PN16 rated and can be set on installation to a maximum differential-pressure limit from 20 to 100 kPA to maintain the control authority of 2-port control valves.

An impulse tube is supplied to link and transport pressure between flow and return pipework.

When paired with the DP931 fixed-orifice double-regulating companion valve, the DPCV can be used to set and maintain a flow rate.

These DPCVs are available in sizes from DN15 to DN50.
