Professional fees

Mechanical and electrical engineering is included for the first time in Mizra & Nacey Research’s fees survey reports. These surveys provide up-to-date information on fees across a range of construction professions to help providers and procurers of these services maximise performance and profitability. Surveys from 4000 jobs identify the average fees for a wide range of projects. Breakdowns include new build and refurbishment, type of contract and type of services — including lead and non-lead consult and JCT or design and build.
