Inviron

Inviron, working with Carillion, has completed a new energy-efficient school in Redcar. Inviron co-ordinated and installed the M&E Services for Newcomen Primary School. Energy-saving features include condensing boiler plant, individually controlled and timed underfloor heating circuits, a small storage high-recovery hot-water system and intelligent and PIR-controlled lighting.

Alan Crozier, general manager of Inviron Building Systems in the north east of England, says, ‘This is a first-class educational facility with energy-efficient systems which should result in reduced carbon emissions and lower costs for the local authority.’
