Sanyo reports a high response to CO2 heat-pump training courses

Sanyo has reported strong demand from engineers for its approved-installer training course for its Eco CO2 heat-pump heating system. The scheme provides theoretical and hands-on training in the installation and maintenance of the company’s high-efficiency CO2-based heat-pump system. Successful completion of the one-day course enables engineers to purchase, install and maintain the Eco system. It also qualifies them to apply for relevant Government grants.

Graham Wright, head of Sanyo Air Conditioner’s heating division, says, ‘We are delighted with the rapid take up of the scheme. Our distributors have seen the potential of the product and rolled out the approved training course for their customers. We now have a growing network of training centres across the UK — with five locations to date, all with working Eco CO2 systems.’
