EDSL/Tas expands its services

EDSL, Tas, building simulation

EDSL/Tas, which specialises in dynamic plant simulation modelling, has announced expansion plans to double its office operating area. Dr Alan Jones, managing director of EDSL, tells us that software that can accurately calculate carbon emissions from buildings is in great demand following the various initiatives that have focused on this issue.

Tas software can utilise manufacturer’s data to calculate carbon emissions from services and the building in general. EDSL provides a consultancy service, as specialists can perform building simulations and carbon-emissions calculations in much less time than a less experienced operator, and this sector of the business is flourishing.
