Sanyo launches new range of VRF air conditioners

Sanyo, air conditioning, VRF

Sanyo’s ECOi Series 6 VRF air-conditioning system can deliver up to 56 kW of cooling from a single outdoor unit. Up to three outdoor units can be linked to deliver up to 168 kW of cooling. The maximum length for refrigerant pipework has been increased from 300 to 1000 m. Units have been significantly redesigned, so that some outdoor units can be transport in a lift to the top of a building rather than requiring cranes or external lifting platforms.

The static pressure of the heat-rejection fans has been increased, enabling units to be installed indoor and connected using ductwork to the outside.
