3-phase air conditioning for larger installations

Efficient at part load and quiet — Daikin’s 3-phase RZQ Sky Air Super Inverter range.
Daikin has added 3-phase units to its Sky Air Super Inverter range. Three sizes provide cooling from 10 to 14 kW and heating from 11.3 to 16 kW. The RZQ range uses R410A. The proven reluctance DC compressor motor technology delivers high energy efficiency, particularly in the mid to low settings. The aero-spiral fan reduces air turbulence and pressure loss. A smooth bell-mouth air inlet, with guide vanes at the intake, reduces air turbulence round the blades. Noise levels are 49 to 52 dB(A), which can be reduced by 4 to 5 dB(A) at night. The control system uses outdoor temperature, occupant and radiated heat to set and maintain room temperature. The RZQ Super Inverter is supported by a full range of indoor units in 950 and 600 mm square cassette, ceiling ducted, large duct ceiling suspended, ceiling suspended cassette and wall-mounted indoor fan-coil configurations for use as pairs, twin, triple or double-twin combinations.
