Inviron supports BBC’s move to Manchester

Inviron

Inviron is responsible for the M&E installation at MediaCity in Manchester, the new home of BBC’s sports, children’s and breakfast programmes. The contract includes general and emergency lighting, lighting controls, power, fire-alarm systems and plumbing services for the three BBC buildings.

Jason Hason, operations manager with Inviron, said, ‘The greatest challenge of this project is working in all three buildings at one, ensuring that all works are fully co-ordinated and to programme. We’ve put a defined site-management structure in place to meet this challenge and to ensure that all three buildings are ready when the BBC relocates in November.’
