IES software aids LEED compliance

Integrated Environmental Solutions has developed an energy-modelling tool for LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design). It streamlines the process and increases productivity and accuracy. Many other global rating systems and regulations also reference the ASHRAE 90.1 performance rating method, and these tool helps users easily comply with them.

VE-Navigator for ASHRAE 90.1 (LEED Energy) provides a structured work flow and allows users to check off the completion of each required step. Reports are created automatically in a format suitable for LEED submission.

The software can create all four baseline models from the proposed design and import and edit ASHRAE baseline system prototypes. There is also the facility to gain feedback early on in a project to maximise LEED energy credits obtained.
