Therma-hygrometers show temperature and relative humidity at the same time
New therma-hygrometers designed and made in the UK by ETI measure relative humidity from 0 to 100% with a resolution of 0.1% and temperature from -20 to 70°C with a resolution of 0.1 (°C/°F). Their liquid-crystal display can show °C, %RH, max/min, hold and dewpoint indication — with humidity and temperature displayed at the same time.
There are two models, one of which has an interchangeable probe incorporating a metre-long lead with 6-pin Lumberg connector. Probes are fully interchangeable without the instrument requiring recalibrating.
Both instruments are powered by three 1.5 V AAA batteries with a life of at least 10 000 h. To maximise battery life, these instruments switch themselves off automatically after 10 min.
