Dalkia has just the treatment for children’s hospital

Wallace
Dalkia has restored a valuable facility at Bristol Children’s Hospital by organising the replacement of stolen giant plasma-screen television.
When a giant plasma-screen television was stolen from a hospital, Dalkia stepped in to donate a new 42 in plasma-screen/DVD installation through the Wallace & Gromit Appeal. The new screen is protected by extra security. Support was provided by Dalkia’s client, the Bank of Ireland, together with Sounds Commercial and Rentokil. The television was stolen from Bristol Children’s Hospital, and was a main source of entertainment for outpatients. The hospital treats over 70 000 patients a year. Accepting the screen on behalf of the appeal, Marie Clements said, ‘We were dismayed when we found the screen had been stolen, so this donation is particularly welcome. It will make a real difference for the children in our care.’
