Focus upgrades its accessories web site

Focus SB, which makes electrical accessories, has launched a new web site with simpler navigation, new project galleries and up-to-date stock checks ever half hour. The company’s large range is split into three sections — contractor, designer and luxury.

Managing director Roger Kemp believes the new-look web site will encourage more customers to check stock levels and enquire. He says, ‘Our aim is to be able to direct more of our customers on line to order and check that we have the products they require in stock. The online forum is another way we are trying to help our customers by assisting anyone with an installation query.’

There is a projects gallery that includes major work in hotels across London and the south east of England. Technical support is available via an online forum for anyone with installation issues or queries.
