Cold Service acquires Central Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Refrigeration and air-conditioning contract Cold Service Group has acquired Central Refrigeration & Air Conditioning of Shrewsbury. Central provides refrigeration and air-conditioning service, maintenance and small-scale equipment installation for a range of customers in the retail, commercial office, leisure and industrial sectors across the West Midlands and has an annual turnover of £3 million. Managing director Jason Bennett will continue to lead the business as part of the Cold Service Group.
