Designed to provide flats and apartments with independent fast-recovery hot water and high-efficiency heating is the Modusat package from Geminox. A Modusat unit is served by hot water from central boiler plant and consists of a fast-recovery hot-water tank, hydraulic header and pump and mixing valve for the heating. They do not require a fuel supply, flue or ventilation. There is also an energy meter to provide a total billing solution for the energy used for each flat or apartment.
