Course covers CO2 servicing and maintenance work

A standardised short course in servicing and maintaining refrigeration equipment using CO2 has been developed by members of the British Refrigeration Association and the Institute of Refrigeration. It will provide a common training platform across the industry until the City & Guilds certificate in CO2 is fully available.

This harmonised course will be offered by training centres already involved in delivering CO2 essential skills. It is supported by major retailers, and its generic content will permit those completing the BRA course to work on a range of stores, so supermarket-specific training will not be required.
