Thermal Energy Storage (Tes)

Thermal Storage, phase change

Phase Change Materials (PCM) store and release thermal energy during the process of melting & freezing and the latest range of PCM solutions between --100ºC and +885 ºC offer new application opportunities.

For example, using free cooling circuit over-night, +15ºC containers can be charged without any mechanical refrigeration. This stored free energy later serves the chilled ceiling circuit to absorb the building sensible loads during day-time.

Using free night-time cool energy offers not environmentally friendly but also lower initial installation cost with significantly reduced running cost system.
