TUV SUD NEL acquires Wallace Whittle Holdings

Wallace Whittle Holdings, a building-services-engineering and sustainability consultancy, has been acquired by TUV SUD NEL Ltd, the UK subsidiary of Munich-based TUV SUD Group. Over 40 years, Wallace Whittle has built up a wealth of experience and expertise in state-of-the-art and cost-effective building services and renewable and low-carbon energy strategies. The company employs 135 technically qualified staff in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Ireland and Abu Dhabi.

Michael Valente, managing director of TUV SUD in the UK, said, ‘The acquisition of Wallace Whittle widens our product offering and extends our client base. In particular, Wallace Whittle has in-depth experience of modelling energy performance of buildings and provides clients with effective and integrated solutions to comply with the challenges of the low-carbon economy.’
