Shower limiter reduces drain on energy use

The energy-efficient and consistent operation of showers is aided by the Equi-Flow automatic flow limiter from Arrow Valves.
The economic and effective operation of showers can be achieved using an automatic flow limiter from Arrow Valves. These devices are designed to be fitted to a standard shower hose or head to save water and energy. Equi-Flow is also effective in multi-occupancy buildings, where it is designed to balance a system, thereby eliminating water starvation at peak times. When limiters are fitted to all floors of a building, the maximum flow from showers is the same, despite varying demand and supply pressures. They are available with flow rates of 0.1, 0.13 or 0.17 l/s. A version with a double-check valve to prevent backflow is also available.
