Cloud-based project-management system for people on the move

Silicon Avenue’s Procision+ project-management system is cloud-based and designed for people on the move. It can be used anywhere where there is Internet access via devices such as a laptop computer, iPad or other tablet, or iPhone or other smartphone. Everyone working on a project can enter their time as they use it, and the system can also be used to record expenses and material costs as they are incurred.

Other capabilities include allocating work priorities and displaying them to team members. Smart task lists show each team member their individual responsibilities and priorities.

At any time and anywhere, managers can see a graphical overview of project cost, profitability and staff performance. Graphics compare progress with the project plan and current costs, with estimates giving a very quick insight into project performance.

Project plans can be created within Procision+ or imported from Microsoft Project. Procision+ interfaces with the Xero cloud-based accounting system, and accounting data can be exported to other systems.
