Santander extends FM deal with GSH Group

Santander Global Facilities has extended its energy and facilities-management contract with GSH for a further five years and increased the brief to 300 more branches. GSH is now responsible for Santander’s UK network of 1500 sites, providing a hard facilities-management solution that includes M&E services, planned preventive maintenance, fire-risk assessment and internal and external fabric maintenance.
