Medical consultancy gets MHS Boilers treatment

MHS Boilers, maintenance, refurbishment

The conversion of three Grade 2-listed Georgian townhouses in Westminster into a 6-storey medical consultancy includes heating and hot water provided by a Thision L 120 kW wall-mounted gas-fired condensing boiler from MHS Boilers. They were installed by Ambivent, which was responsible for the M&E design and installation.

The Thision L range of light-commercial boilers has outputs from 48 to 145 kW with a high turndown ratio of 6:1. On-board controls include the management of two heating zones and the charging of a DHW cylinder. The system is easily adapted to provide multi-boiler cascade management. Up to eight boilers can be installed in a purpose-built cascade rig with a combined output of up to 1140 kW.
