NG Bailey has been appointed by The Very Group, one of the UK’s leading digital retailers.
NG Bailey will deliver comprehensive M&E maintenance and engineering services across six key operational locations within The Very Group’s UK estate.
The three-year contract will see NG Bailey’s Technical Facilities Services team provide planned and reactive M&E maintenance, statutory compliance, asset management and technical support across a portfolio that includes fulfilment, distribution, workplace and data centre environments. Under the contract, NG Bailey will support The Very Group’s Skyways head office in Liverpool, its fulfilment centres in the East Midlands and Wrexham, and satellite sites across London and the North West.
Working collaboratively with The Very Group, NG Bailey will support safe, reliable and efficient operational environments across its retail and logistics portfolio, helping keep buildings operational, compliant and ready to support changing business needs. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering high quality engineering services, enhancing operational reliability and driving continuous improvement through a collaborative approach.
