Refurbishment project meets special needs

Delron Services, maintenance, refurbishment
The refurbishment of services for Valence School in Kent has been entrusted to Delron Services.

Delron Services is undertaking the design-and-installation contract for the building engineering services refurbishment work at a special-needs establishment in Kent. Valence School is at Westerham and run by Kent County Council. Delron has been commissioned to develop the base concept into a fully integrated system to cater for disabled and special-needs pupils.

The installation in this Victorian building comprises central boiler plant with Remeha condensing boilers. There are various styles of heat emitters according to the use of the different areas — teaching, treatment, accommodation and administration. Also included is the redevelopment of the entire domestic water installation from a new boosted central supply.
