Glen Dimplex Group recently welcomed Vince Cable, Secretary of State for Business, Innovation & Skills to its Dublin headquarters. He was introduced to Quantum, Dimplex’s revolutionary electric system for space and water heating. and given an overview of the company’s operations in the UK and Ireland.

The Quantum Energy System makes the most of intermittent renewably generated electricity. It enables electricity-system operators and utilities to remotely switch electricity loads, facilitating demand-side management and helping reduce carbon emissions at a national level.

The Quantum Energy System has been accepted as a Green Deal measure.
