NG Bailey wins facilities management contract at Leeds shopping centre

NG Bailey

NG Bailey has won a major facilities-management contract with Land Securities for Trinity Leeds, the new 100 000 m2 shopping centre in Leeds. The 2-year contract will see the facilities-services division providing mechanical-electrical and building-fabric maintenance services.

Support will be delivered by an 8-man residential team based on site. It will provide reactive maintenance as well as planned preventive maintenance for all the shopping centre’s services.

Trinity Leeds is one of the largest retail and leisure facilities to be developed in the UK in recent years.
