Baxi’s maintenance team adds to its portfolio

Heateam Commercial Service is now responsible for maintenance in eight homes for the elderly operated by Hadrian Healthcare Group.

The extension of a maintenance contract for Heateam Commercial Service, part of Baxi Commercial Division, from Hadrian Healthcare Group encompasses three luxury homes for the elderly, brining the total coverage to eight premises across the north of England.

Care homes have a high requirements for domestic hot water for baths, showers, wash hand basins, laundry and kitchen use. In Hadrian Healthcare Group facilities, DHW is supplied by models from Andrews Water Heaters’ Maxxflo range of gas-fired storage water heaters. There are normally three at each site.

Heateam operates throughout the UK using directly employed engineers, supported by manufacturer-trained agents. Tailored service contracts are designed to maintain all heating and hot-water plant, including LZC technologies, whether supplied by Baxi Commercial Division or others.
