Heat emitter combines the functions of radiator and fan convector
Myson has developed a heat emitter for wet heating systems that can operate as a traditional finned radiator or as a fan convector. It is particularly suited to systems with lower flow temperatures and can deliver the required heat from a smaller emitter than a straightforward radiator. Intelligent controls automatically switch between static and dynamic operation. During the summer, gentle air movement can be provided without heating.
The Ulow -E2 is described as being ultra-stylish and is available in black or white. A design feature stressed by Myson is the round holes in the top grille.
Ulow-E2 makes it possible to reduce the operating temperature of condensing boilers from 70 to 60°C. Similarly, the temperature of heat-pump systems can be reduced from 45 to 38°C. Energy costs can therefore be reduced.
The built-in fans are very quiet and boost the output of the radiator through enhanced convection.
