Investment in new machinery by Pegler Yorkshire has doubled production capability.

Pegler Yorkshire has invested £5.3 million in its factories in Leeds and Doncaster to double capacity to cope with the expected demand for its range of metal push-fit plumbing fittings. The investment includes new presses and related machinery for producing components for plumbing systems, thermostatic mixing valves and engineering valves.

Phill Jackson, marketing and business development director, says, ‘Based on the global expansion of dour Tectite range in particular, on-going research and international influences, we are confident that our product innovations are in line with future requirements, so this investment will help to guarantee their success.’
