New driver for LED lighting from Helvar

Helvar, LED lighting, driver

Helvar has added to its range of 70 W drives for LED lamps with the release of the LL2x35 2-channel LED driver. It is available as a fixed constant-current or DALI dimmable and offers manufacturers more flexibility in their transition to LED products for linear and 600 mm-square applications.

A simple resistor on the input side provides manual adjustment of the output drive current, anticipating different LED loads. Luminaires can combine both warm-white and cold-white light with a Helvar lighting-control solution to create dynamic light applications.

The dimmable DALI version offers smooth and flicker-free dimming down to 1%. This version is complemented by Helvar’s Digidim router and iDim luminaire-based DALI control solutions to create efficient lighting-control platforms for either single-room or fully integrated building applications.
