Expected to more than halve energy costs — Remeha boilers installed for North Somerset Council.

New boilers in North Somerset Council’s Castlewood civic ‘hub’ are expected to reduce energy consumption by at least half — increasing to as much as 75% in the summer. The two Remeha Commercial Gas 610 6-section Eco Pro boilers have replaced two 1 MW pressure-jet boilers.

This project follows the installation of numerous Remeha boilers by the council. Steve Hodges, M&E and energy manager, said, Remeha boilers offer the best value for money, delivering on all fronts from reliability and efficiency to availability, service and after-sales support. We have now installed over 30 Remeha boilers in our buildings in North Somerset, with the standardised choice of boiler-room plant bringing additional savings in operations and maintenance.’
