Direct gas-fired water heaters

Five models in Hamworthy Heating’s Dorchester DR-RS range of fully automatic, direct gas-fired water heaters provide outputs from 517 to 1965 l/h.
Hamworthy Heating’s Dorchester DR-RS range of direct gas-fired water heaters are designed to work as a room-sealed system. They are thus well suited to applications where a conventional flue is impractical or where a heater needs to be close to the point of use, especially with noise less than 60 dB(A). Flue options include horizontal or vertical concentric terminals and connecting solutions using twin duct or concentric components. Five models provide continuous outputs from 517 to 1965 l/h through a temperature rise of 44 K and with storage capacities from 265 to 324 litres Two or more heaters can be installed to meet larger loads. These water heaters have atmospheric burners with automatic ignition and controls that are compatible with a building-management system. Two access doors provide good access for cleaning, and the design avoids sludge traps. An integral pallet-based design simplifies handling and reduces the risk of damage during transit.
