Commercial door curtain designed for recessing

Dimplex, commercial door curtain

Dimplex’s DAB range of recessed high-power commercial air curtains are quicker to install, easier to maintain and offer energy-saving features. They come in widths of 1, 1.5 and 2 m and can be heated by electricity or hot water. There are also ambient-air models and cold-store versions. They are suitable for entrances up to 4 m high.

The air curtains are specifically designed for recessed installation, rather then being standard units with additional recess kits.

A hinged grille replaces removable sections, reducing installation time and simplifying maintenance.

Dimplex has heeded customer feedback and added linear vanes to conceal the inside of the unit when it is seen from below.

The DAB recessed range comes with integral electronic controls for easy integration with building-management systems. All models are compatible with additional controls, including motion sensors and run-back timers. They offer full-heat, half-heat and fan-only settings. When used with compatible door sensors, electronic fan-overrun control can be used.
