Pump set
Configurable HVAC pump packages from Armstrong Holden Brooke Pullen achieve the benefits of bespoke systems with lower cost and shorter lead times.
Armstrong Holden Brooke Pullen now offers configurable HVAC pumping packages that reduce installation time on site and enable designers to select an effective system solution without the high costs and longer lead times associated with bespoke systems. The designer configures the package to suit the demands of the application by selecting from a wide range of pre-designated equipment and technology choices — either by working with Armstrong’s staff or using the company’s pump-selection software Ace Online. The 8000 Series is said to offer all the benefits of off-site prefabrication and enable the designer to specify the most cost-effective technology for the application, with maximum control over upfront cost. The 8000 Series encompasses fixed- and variable-speed options. Packages incorporating pumps, strainers, FloTrex valves, pump controllers and relevant pipework are assembled on a skid in Armstrong’s factory There is a choice of vertical inline or end-suction pumps for chilled-water and hot-water systems. The compact design can pass through standard single doorways, making it suitable for refurbishment projects and new build. Packages are available with two, three or four pumps with headers from 80 to 300 mm. www.armstrongpumps.com
