Wilo steps up service capability in the UK

In response to its growth of business in the UK and globally, pump manufacturer Wilo has stepped up its service capability and now offers a comprehensive response for al UK customers. The smooth transition from pump manufacturer to system solutions provider includes a full package of training, commissioning, repair, maintenance and spares provision.

The service team in the UK is on call 365 days a year and is part of a global team of over 1500 technicians in more than 60 countries.

Lee O’Herlihy, service manager in the UK, says, ‘Getting the equipment up and running perfectly at the outset and ensuring the customer is familiar with the product and what they can expect from it is key to getting the optimum performance from one of our pumps.’
