Sontay’s Smart Sensor can monitor a number of variables and communicate the collected data through Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP. The variables include temperature, CO2, relative humidity, light level, air quality and fan speed.

The range of seven sensors has been specifically adapted to suit the needs of applications such as offices, schools and hotels through the combination of variables offered. A traffic-light LED can be incorporated to indicate excessive CO2 levels in a room.

Multiple measurements can be taken over the simple 2-wire data bus.

Sensors that include the relative-humidity element can monitor dewpoint and change in enthalpy.

These sensors come with a 3-year warranty.
