Ruskin expands with double acquisition

Ruskin, Trion, Envirco,, Actionair, Air Diffusion, Naco, Airolution

Ruskin Air Management has further expanded its business with the integration of indoor-air-quality specialist Trion and clean-air-system manufacturer Envirco. These well established brands join Actionair, Air Diffusion, Naco and Airolution under the Ruskin umbrella.

Envirco manufactures a comprehensive range of clean-air systems for critical technology processes requiring ultra-clean environments — including the pharmaceutical and medical-instrument sectors.

Trion has been manufacturing indoor-air-quality products (IAQ) for the commercial, industrial and residential markets since 1947.

David Fitzpatrick (pictured), Ruskin’s sales and marketing director, says, ‘There are huge opportunities in the clean-air and IAQ markets, and we look forward to working with the existing staff at Trion and Envirco to extend their reach and give them access to the increases financial and logistical support of the Ruskin family of companies.’
