Imtech Inviron university contract is extended

Imtech Inviron, facilities management

Imtech Inviron is to continue supporting the University of Lincoln until 2017, having been awarded a contract extension. The site-based team, led by contract manager Chris Broome, has been working with the university since 2009. During this time the university has invested over £150 million in its Brayford Pool Campus to provide students with industry-standard state-of-the-art teaching spaces.

Martin Bettison, business manager with Imtech Inviron, says, ‘The estate size grew from 67 buildings in 2011 to 82 in 2014. We are delighted to receive this contract extension in recognition of the commitment and skill of our whole team.’

The news came shortly after the university announced new capital investment of £130 million.
