Imtech Inviron wins contract with two county councils

Imtech Inviron has been awarded preferred-contractor status on a framework maintenance agreement for Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire County Councils. The company will provide M&E maintenance services for LGSS, a shared-services organisation whose two founding partners are Cambridgeshire County Council and Northamptonshire County Council

The 4-year contract is worth around £8 million and covers planned and reactive maintenance to several hundred buildings across a wide portfolio.

Matt Bowmer LGSS ‘s director of finance, said, ‘This framework has been agreed with Imtech Inviron, and we are pleased that we will be able to offer it to our current and any future customers.’
