Kershaw wins Harborough Council maintenance contract

Kershaw Mechanical Services has won the 5-year contract to manage Harborough District Council’s M&E maintenance and repairs across its estate of properties in Leicestershire. The work is the responsibility of the company’s service and maintenance division and includes Harborough Market, the Harborough Innovation Centre and The Symington Building (pictured), which accommodates the council offices and other services and organisations.

The contract includes all HVAC plant, electrical systems, fire alarms, CCTV, generators, high-voltage plant, lifts and water treatment to protect against legionella.
